First forth that didn’t focus on food…

Still learning how to deal with holidays…doing ok so far.

My brother made pancakes, from scratch with fresh blueberries with homemade whip cream. Ah I had 2. We all felt sick after wards because we’re not use to such a treat!! I told my brother I am not use to having anyone make me food, I am always the one who cooks. Both my brothers are good cooks. My brother said “if you like food then you have to know how to cook” I said “yeah that is why we are all chubby and our spouses are not, they are not foodies like us” His fiance and my husband are not into food and both are super thin. hahaha

It was pouring rain but we went to the market and I got a few things to take home. Man if I lived there I would go there everyday! My brother said he basically does! I felt like Nancy hehehe they had tons of cheap produce!

We then drove home, me and my sister stopped at taco bell but I got 2 crunchy tacos with beans instead of meat and didn’t eat it all. When I got home I showed my husband the freeze dried fruit I bought…he ate both bags I got…*rolling eyes*

We then went to my parents, I bought the stuff for the dinner. We had basically fruit and baked chicken, but my mom did make a chocolate cake, I had a slice. That’s the only thing that was bad. I had 2 tablespoonfuls of potato salad.

Now I am going to work on some laundry then take the MIL to look at fireworks.

My husband let me know his family is having a lunch tomorrow…you all know how those go…I will try to eat before I go so I don’t pig out on crap.

My husband ate all the food in the house so I need to do some major shopping tomorrow. I also have to get ready to go back to rotation. I start my outpatient clinic tomorrow. I am kind of nervous but excited.

Going to pack my lunch :) and get ready for my awesome weigh in on Tuesday :) YEA YEA!

Sounds like you are getting the holiday food under control! It’s hard to do, but I’m progressing too! I had to laugh at the brothers cooking cause my honey is a great cook and loves food…in fact he is making lasagna right now. Sigh…I love it and it is soooo high in cals. :( I am gonna have a small piece though! I wish I had a market, too! I’m glad you are enjoying the fam time!
